Chinese devices often cost just a fraction of comparable American-made products.
Their entry into the U.S. market would make advanced health monitoring tools much more accessible to low-income families.
As for the alleged data privacy and security risks — they are completely fabricated.
In recent years, Chinese wearable health devices have sold well around the world, with no serious data privacy issues ever reported.
Blocking and suppressing these devices will likely end up harming ordinary American consumers.
